Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including shipping the item back to us and shipping the replacement item
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by a defect
• This Is Coffee

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• The reason for the return or exchange

We will provide you with next steps once your request is received.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
